Terms & Conditions - Monthly Parking
Parking
1. Parking space is available only during parking facility hours of operation, unless otherwise specified.
2. Parking shall be granted on an unassigned stall basis unless otherwise indicated. If desired, Universal Parking shall have the right to specify the space to be used. Universal Parking does not guarantee that parking space will be available at all times for use by customer.
Liabilities
3. Customer assumes the risk of any loss or damage to the vehicle or personal property left therein including but not limited to damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, acts of god, and acts of any third parties or any other causes. If a vehicle is damaged through the fault of Universal Parking, the liability shall not exceed the reasonable cost of repairing the vehicle. In no event will Universal Parking be liable for customer's consequential damages, loss of income or profits, or loss of use of the vehicle.
Payment
4. Customer agrees to pay in advance the monthly charge for parking. Payment is due in full on the first day of each calendar month for that month's parking. No deductions or allowances from the monthly charge will be made for days the Customer does not use the Parking Facility.
5. Acceptable forms of payments for personal accounts are by credit card by enrolling in autopay. Acceptable forms of payment for corporate accounts are by credit card by enrolling in autopay or by check. Corporate accounts must have prior approval for Net 30 payments.
6. If Customer fails to pay the current monthly charge in full by the billing due date, Customer will be required to pay the daily rate until account is paid in full and/or be subject to citation. No credit or refund will be issued to a Customer who fails to display the parking permit and consequently receives a citation or is required to pay the daily rate. In addition, Customer may be charged a late fee of ten percent of the past due amount and a finance charge at the rate of 2.5% per month (30% annually), compounded monthly, on the past due balance. Upon not less than thirty (30) days notice, Universal Parking shall have the right to change the amount of the monthly parking fee.
Parking Permits
7. A Parking Permit (one permit per space rented) supplied by Universal Parking must be displayed in plain view at all times while parking at the specified parking location. No credit or refunds will be issued for monthly parkers who fail to display the parking permit and consequently receive a citation or are required to pay the daily rate. Replacement Parking Permits are assessed at $25.00 each.
Prohibitions
8. Parked vehicles must not obstruct clear view through windshield by means of sun visor, illegal tinting, or other means. Any vehicle parked and left stationary beyond a 36 hour period requires prior notification to and permission from Universal Parking. Vehicles must be in operable and visually undamaged condition to park at the facility. Vehicle repairs and/or maintenance within the parking facility is strictly prohibited. A violation may result in the impoundment of the vehicle at the owner's sole risk and expense.
Termination
9. This agreement is automatically renewed each month unless Customer provides Universal Parking with written notice of intent to terminate by the seventh day of the month with termination effective on the last day of that calendar month. Any termination notices received on or after the eighth of the month will go into effect at the end of the following calendar month. Customer is always obligated to pay the entirety of the current month's parking and any past due amounts owed. Termination of parking account is not accepted by phone. 10. We may terminate this agreement upon 30 days written notice. However, if Customer fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Universal Parking shall have the right to cancel your parking privileges, revoke any issued parking permit, and terminate this Agreement immediately, and/or tow your vehicle at your or owner's risk and expense
11. Upon the termination of your parking account, the parking permit or access card must be returned to Universal Parking within seven (7) days or be subject to replacement fees.
12. Updates to the Privacy Policy and Terms can be found online and take effect without prior notice upon posting.

Terms & Conditions – Short Term Parking
Parking

Liabilities

Customer agrees to hold harmless Universal Parking, property owner and property management if a vehicle is damaged. In no event will Universal Parking be liable for customer's consequential damages, loss of income or profits, or loss of use of the vehicle.
Payment
4. Customer agrees to pay in advance, or upon parking, the parking fee for the time the vehicle will be parked. No deductions or allowances from the parking fee will be made for any parking time the Customer does not use in the Parking Facility.
5. Acceptable forms of payments are made with credit card at the pay station or smart device at locations offering pay by phone.
6. Customer use of discounts, coupons, or validation codes for parking at the parking facility agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Customer agrees not use any complimentary parking feature more than once daily at any given location.
Parking Permits & Authorization
7. A Parking Permit (one permit per space rented) supplied by Universal Parking pay stations must be displayed on the driver side dash and in plain view at all times while parking at the specified parking location.
8. Pay by Phone feature virtual permits are sent to the email address entered when conducting the parking transaction. No physical receipt will be issued or displayed for Pay by Phone feature at participating locations.
A. License plate number must be entered correctly. Registered owner assumes liability of parking violation for user error or incorrect data entry of license plate if a parking violation is issued.
9. By entering your license plate number in our system you are authorizing Universal Parking, and its affiliates or subsidiaries, to access private information including but not limited to vehicle registration data for the purposes of carrying out our services, parking enforcement, security concerns, or other matters requiring contact with the vehicle operator.
Agreement
10. Conducting a transaction for the privilege of parking at the parking facility indicates that you are accepting the terms and conditions of this transaction, whether purchased by customer or validated by a business, which constitutes a contract. Transactions are nonrefundable and customer may be liable for any fees incurred if a transaction is disputed.
11. Updates to the Privacy Policy and Terms can be found online and take effect without prior notice upon posting.
Terms & Conditions – Event Parking / Lot Rental
Parking
1. Parking space and location access is available only during specified date and time, otherwise vehicles may be subject to penalty or impound.
2. Parking shall be granted on an unassigned stall basis unless otherwise indicated. Universal Parking does not guarantee that parking space will be available at all times for use by customer.
Liabilities
3. Customer(s) assume(s) the risk of any loss or damage to the vehicle or personal property left therein including but not limited to damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, acts of God, and acts of any third parties or any other causes. Customer(s) agree(s) to hold harmless Universal Parking, property owner and property management if a vehicle is damaged. In no event will Universal Parking be liable for customer's consequential damages, loss of income or profits, or loss of use of the vehicle.
Payment
4. Customer agrees to pay in advance, by the due date, the rental fee for the time of the event for the parking vehicles at the designated location. No deductions or allowances from the event rental fee will be made for any parking time the Customer does not use in the Parking Facility.
5. Acceptable forms of payments are made with credit card or echeck by paying the e-invoice.
6. The Parking Lot will not be reserved for the event until payment is received.
Agreement
7. Conducting a transaction for the facility rental of parking at the parking facility indicates that you are accepting the terms and conditions of this transaction, whether purchased by customer or validated, which constitutes a contract. Transactions are nonrefundable and customer may be liable for any fees incurred if a transaction is disputed.

Parking Violations & Penalties
Where posted, parking locations are enforced for compliance of postings. A parking violation may be issued for failing to display a valid permit, parked without payment, parked with expired time, parking over posted limits, parking in multiple spaces, parking without authorization, preventing free passage, or parking in an unmarked stall. License plate number must be entered correctly. Registered owner assumes liability of parking violation for user error or incorrect data entry of license plate if a parking violation is issued.
By parking your vehicle at any affiliated location you are willfully accpeting these terms and conditions.
