How do I pay for parking?
Use the on-site pay station or follow posted instructions to pay by mobile.

Do I need to display my receipt or permit?

Yes, your receipt or permit must be displayed to avoid parking enforcement action

Can I extend my time?
Yes, if the location allows extensions. Follow the same payment method used initially.

What if the machine isn’t working?
If the machine is out of service do not park – your vehicle may be subject to enforcement action

What are your parking rates?

Rates vary by location. Please refer to posted signage or the payment page for the exact pricing.

Is there a grace period?

Some locations may allow a short grace period, but this is not guaranteed. Payment should be made immediately upon parking.

Are there any prohibitted vehicles?

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, or inoperable vehicles may be restricted unless prior approval is given.

Is my License Plate required?

Yes, your license plate entry is required to park to authorize your vehicle.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations for monthly parking must be recieved by the 7th of the month to take effect at the end of that calendar month. Cancellation notices recieved on the 8th or after take effect at the end of the following calendar month.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not issued and all purchases made are final

I received a parking ticket. What do I do?

Contact the issuing agency for your options to pay or dispute

Validation Parking

How do I park for free or with validation?

​

Please use the pay station on site and follow these instructions:

1. Press Green Start Button or letter key (A, B, C, D) to "wake up" system

2. Select parking rate or duration

3. Enter License Plate No.

4. When prompted for payment: press special character key on bottom right of keypad

5. Enter your validation code and press ok

6. Display permit on dash so that it is clearly visible

Parking Notice & Enforcement Policy

• Vehicles parked in violation may receive a parking notice.

• Vehicles with multiple unpaid notices may be subject to impound at owner’s expense.

• The registered owner is responsible for all outstanding balances.
